When will I receive my painting?

Painting delivery times vary because of size and where you are in the "queue". Email me for quotes on delivery time at libertymakes@gmail.com (Usually, paintings are completed and shipped within 5-7 days of placing an order)

 

How is each painting made?

Each painting is created custom to order by Liberty using one of your photos as a reference.

Can I have multiple animals in my painting? 

​

For compositions to remain successful, please limit to one pet per painting.

Is shipping available?

Yes! USPS shipping is available for $8-$14 depending on size. 

 

Will I be able to approve my painting? 

​

Yes! I want you to be absolutely happy with your painting. You will have the opportunity to approve the painting before it ships out to you. Let's work together to make your artwork perfect.

Do you offer returns? 

​

Due to the custom nature of my products, I do not offer returns.

What is your refund policy? 

​

If for any reason you do not like your artwork proof and do not wish to approve and finalize your order, you will not need to purchase your painting.  If your artwork is approved and finalized & paid for, a refund will only be given if the product was delivered damaged.
